Yes it’s planned. We now have an API. So we hope to find developers who can help us in doing that. Anyone?

Great to hear it is planned. WP7 is a great platform, but it needs the apps to make is awesome! I don't have a smartphone right now (my old N97 broke) but if you could make it similar to the OpenStreetMap tagging app and make that work on all mobile platforms (iphone, android, WP7) then you will be onto something good!

I don't understand why you want to offer an API - This is a web application, each pda has a broswer. There is no need for separate iPhone and Windows Phone applications, there is only one need for the wheelmap to fit into a smaller browser window. Should be m.wheelmap.org for mobile (small screen) devices.
