  Wheelchairs and bicycles share a lot of technology and it would be sad to withhold useful information.
  Most bicycle-rentals repair flat tires themselves and it can be pretty nifty to know where they are in case of a flat tire on the wheelchair. Rolling your flat wheelchair to a nearby rental-place is less stressful, than trying to get yourself to a bicycle or wheelchair place further away. Especially, if you do not have assistance with you.

  In general: Why withholding information just because you think someone might not find them useful?
